We will gladly reschedule or cancel a massage up to 24 hours before a scheduled massage. If a massage needs to be canceled within 24 hours, we will charge $60 for a canceled massage of 60 minutes or less. For massages lasting more than 60 minutes, a $80 fee will be charged.
