Carrie is a true champion of physical education! Her dedication to PE goes far beyond the gym. She is deeply invested in helping students build confidence, develop lifelong healthy habits, and enjoy being active. Carrie is equally passionate about supporting teachers and creating an environment where everyone can succeed. Her excitement for movement is unmatched, and her use of music in class is a total game changer. I have participated in several of her programs either in person or online, and now I am excited to start utilizing her consulting services as well!
Carrie is a phenomenal teacher, mentor, and coach to many that have had the opportunity to learn from her. I’ve seen her at multiple PE conferences over the years and have always gained so much knowledge and information from her sessions. I appreciate all her hard work and dedication to her craft. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to gain new ideas, insight, and or help in the PE field.
Attending CAPE for the first time was such an incredible experience, and Carrie was a huge part of that! I made it a point to attend every session she taught because each one was packed with practical ideas I could immediately bring back to my students. I was so inspired by her creativity—from her color-coordinated equipment to the way she seamlessly incorporates music into her lessons to keep students engaged and excited. Every session was organized, energetic, and full of meaningful takeaways. I also attended her sessions on supporting students with IEPs and on using our voices as educators, and both were thoughtful, empowering, and incredibly impactful. Carrie has a way of making you feel inspired while also giving you realistic strategies you can implement right away. As a first-time CAPE attendee, I left feeling motivated, confident, and excited for the upcoming school year. I can’t wait to continue learning from Carrie in the future. Thank you for sharing your passion and expertise!
I recently attended the CAPE PE conference, where I had the pleasure of learning from Carrie. I attended most of her sessions and learned so much. She helped me rethink what my lessons could look like, especially when our classes can get interrupted by the lovely weather. She is encouraging me to teach content that truly matters and is a core part of PE — because physical education is so much more than just gym activities. Not only that but Carrie’s personality is both welcoming and inspiring; she doesn’t hold back and is always ready to lend a helping hand to teachers and students alike. Her presence and energy are what made me feel at ease and open to learning more throughout the conference. In just one conference, she gave me so many valuable tools and so much knowledge to help me grow as a teacher and set my students up for success. I hope I can inspire one day as much as she does.
Carrie Flint delivered two well-organized and informative presentations at CAPE that provided practical strategies for elementary physical education. Her positive classroom environment and student-centered approach were evident throughout both sessions. I attended Mother Nature: How to Pivot with Quality Instruction and Stations/Foundations, and both offered valuable, applicable ideas that I can implement in my TK-6 program. I appreciate the quality of her instruction and the meaningful resources she shared with attendees.
Carrie is such an inspirational instructor. I attended all of her courses at CAPE. She reminded us of why we should incorporate music, color coordinate stations, make movement inclusive and enjoyable for all. One of my favorite activities from her was incorporating sit ups while using a parachute. She reminded us that although we are just “Physical Education Teachers” that our voice matters. I’ll definitely be utilizing everything I learned from her.
