These guidelines describe the conduct and content standards that help Peeptown remain a trustworthy place to discover, compare, contact, book, and buy from businesses.
1. Our Community Standard
Peeptown connects customers, visitors, businesses, professionals, sellers, organizations, and local communities. Everyone using the platform is expected to act honestly, respectfully, lawfully, and in good faith.
These Community Guidelines apply to listings, reviews, ratings, messages, profile content, photos, videos, inquiries, bookings, transactions, and other interactions through Peeptown.
2. Be Honest and Accurate
- Use truthful profile, listing, product, service, pricing, qualification, location, and availability information.
- Do not impersonate another person or business or misrepresent your relationship with any organization.
- Do not manipulate rankings, reviews, referrals, search results, bookings, or transactions.
- Do not submit fake, paid, coerced, retaliatory, irrelevant, or misleading reviews.
3. Be Respectful
- Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, exploit, or abuse other users.
- Do not post hate speech, discriminatory content, graphic harmful content, or content that promotes violence.
- Do not publish private, confidential, or sensitive information about another person without authorization.
- Do not use Peeptown communications for spam, phishing, scams, or unwanted solicitation.
4. Keep Marketplace Activity Safe
Businesses are responsible for offering products and services lawfully and safely. Customers are responsible for reviewing listing details, terms, pricing, qualifications, and policies before booking or purchasing.
Peeptown may restrict content or activity involving unsafe services, illegal goods, counterfeit items, fraud, regulated offerings without appropriate authorization, or other conduct that creates risk for users or the platform.
5. Respect Rights
Users may not upload, publish, sell, or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or proprietary rights.
Only submit photos, videos, descriptions, business details, logos, and other materials that you have the right to use.
6. Enforcement
Peeptown may review, limit, remove, or restrict content, listings, communications, accounts, or features that violate these guidelines or create legal, safety, trust, or operational concerns.
Enforcement may include warnings, edits, reduced visibility, content removal, account suspension, transaction restrictions, or termination of access.
7. Reporting Problems
To report content or conduct, use the contact page or email hello@peeptown.com.
Please provide the relevant URL, user or business name, a short explanation, and any supporting information that helps us understand the issue.
