Handle repair jobs for households and property owners
In 2015, after years of field experience, I studied for and passed the Florida Licensed Building Contractor state exam. This allowed me to legally perform screen enclosure installation, patio construction, structural aluminum work, and permitted projects throughout South Florida. More importantly, it reinforced my commitment to doing projects correctly, safely, and to code — not cutting corners.
