Business Listing Policy

All Business Information and related content submitted to the Platform must comply with the standards set forth in this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Content Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These standards are intended to maintain the integrity, reliability, professionalism, and lawful operation of the Platform while providing users with accurate and trustworthy business information.

Business Listings must accurately represent a genuine Business, its products, services, operations, and identity. Content submitted to the Platform must be truthful, complete, and reasonably capable of verification. Users must not publish information that they know, or reasonably should know, to be false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, manipulated, or materially inaccurate.

Business content must relate directly to the Business being represented and should be relevant to the products, services, or commercial activities offered by that Business. Content that is unrelated, excessive, repetitive, or primarily intended to manipulate search visibility, mislead users, interfere with other businesses, or otherwise abuse the Platform may be removed or restricted.

Users must ensure that all content submitted to a Business Listing is lawful and that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, consents, or other legal authority required to publish such content. Users must not submit material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual obligations, or any other legal rights belonging to another individual or entity.

Business content must not contain unlawful material, defamatory statements, fraudulent claims, impersonation, deceptive advertising, malicious software, unauthorized commercial solicitations, misleading contact information, fabricated credentials, false certifications, manipulated customer feedback, or any other content that may deceive users, facilitate unlawful conduct, or undermine confidence in the Platform.

Businesses operating within regulated industries are responsible for ensuring that all information published through their Business Listings complies with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, and advertising restrictions applicable to their respective jurisdictions. Publication of content through the Platform does not constitute legal or regulatory approval by Peeptown.

Business Listings should be maintained in a professional manner that promotes clear communication with users. Content that is intentionally offensive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, excessively graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional business platform may be restricted or removed in accordance with the Platform's policies.

Where Business Listings include images, logos, videos, documents, promotional materials, or other media, such content should accurately represent the Business and must not be manipulated in a manner that materially misrepresents products, services, facilities, personnel, certifications, affiliations, or commercial capabilities. Peeptown may establish technical specifications or quality requirements for media submitted to the Platform and may reject or remove media that does not comply with those requirements.

Compliance with these Business Content Standards is an ongoing obligation. Peeptown reserves the right to review Business content at any time and to refuse publication, restrict visibility, request corrections, require supporting documentation, remove specific content, suspend Business Listings, revoke administrative privileges, or take any other action reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect users, comply with legal obligations, preserve the integrity of the Platform, or prevent misuse of its services.

Compliance with these standards does not guarantee that any Business Listing or content will be published, verified, promoted, ranked, or remain continuously available on the Platform. All content remains subject to Peeptown's editorial discretion, moderation procedures, technical requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
