Business Verification Policy

Business verification is available only to businesses and authorized representatives that satisfy the eligibility requirements established by Peeptown. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval of a verification request, and Peeptown reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any application in its sole discretion.

4.1 Eligible Businesses

A business may be eligible for verification if it maintains a business profile on the Platform and provides sufficient information to enable Peeptown to reasonably assess the verification request. Eligibility may depend on factors including the availability of verifiable business information, the nature of the business, applicable legal requirements, and the level of verification reasonably required for the particular request.

4.2 Authorized Representatives

Verification requests may be submitted only by individuals or entities that are authorized to act on behalf of the business. Authorized representatives may include business owners, directors, officers, partners, authorized employees, franchise operators, legal representatives, or other persons who have been granted legitimate authority to manage the business profile.

Applicants may be required to demonstrate their authority through documentation, business records, communications from official business channels, or any other evidence reasonably requested by Peeptown.

4.3 Existing Business Listings

A business profile may be eligible for verification regardless of whether the listing was originally created by the business itself, another Platform user, or another authorized source. Verification applies to the management rights associated with the business profile and does not depend upon who initially submitted the listing.

4.4 Additional Eligibility Requirements

To remain eligible for verification, applicants must:

• provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the verification process;
• submit authentic and unaltered supporting documentation when requested;
• maintain compliance with the Platform's Terms of Service, Business Listing Policy, and all other applicable policies;
• comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements relevant to their business operations; and
• cooperate with any reasonable requests for additional information or reverification.

Peeptown may establish additional eligibility criteria for particular industries, jurisdictions, business categories, high-risk activities, or specialized verification programs where necessary to address legal, operational, security, or fraud prevention considerations.
