Legal Requests & Complaints Policy

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

"Peeptown", "we," "our," or "us" means the operator of the Peeptown Platform and its related services.

"Platform" means the Peeptown website, applications, services, features, databases, business listings, and any related products or services operated by Peeptown.

"Business Profile" means any business listing, whether claimed or unclaimed, published or maintained on the Platform, including associated business information, images, contact details, services, products, operating hours, reviews, ratings, and other related content.

"Legal Request" means any formal request submitted to Peeptown seeking action under applicable law, including requests relating to privacy, intellectual property, court orders, regulatory compliance, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, or other legal matters.

"Complaint" means a report submitted to Peeptown alleging that content, a business profile, user activity, or other material available on the Platform violates applicable law, Peeptown's policies, or the rights of another person or organization.

"Complainant" means any individual, business, organization, rights holder, legal representative, or government authority that submits a complaint or legal request to Peeptown.

"Business Owner" means the individual or legal entity that owns, operates, manages, or is otherwise authorized to represent a business listed on the Platform.

"Authorized Representative" means a person who has legal authority to act on behalf of a business, rights holder, organization, or individual, including attorneys, agents, employees, or other duly authorized representatives.

"Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, court order, regulatory requirement, or legally binding governmental directive applicable to Peeptown, the Platform, or the subject matter of the request.

"Illegal Content" means any content that is prohibited under applicable law, including content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory where legally determined, infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, promotes unlawful activities, or is otherwise unlawful.

"Evidence" means any documents, records, screenshots, photographs, correspondence, registrations, legal notices, court documents, government-issued records, or other materials submitted to support a complaint or legal request.

These definitions apply solely for the interpretation of this Policy and do not limit the meaning of similar terms used in Peeptown's other policies or applicable law.
