Business Verification Policy

This Policy applies to all individuals, businesses, organizations, entities, and authorized representatives that request, obtain, maintain, or otherwise participate in the business verification process on the Peeptown Platform.

This Policy governs all verification activities relating to business profiles made available through the Platform, including the claiming of existing business listings, verification of newly created business profiles, requests for administrative control, reverification, ownership changes, and any subsequent review of verified status.

The Policy applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which a business operates or where the verification request is submitted. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their verification request and supporting documentation comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions relevant to their business.

Business verification may be required for access to certain Platform features, services, programs, badges, administrative functions, or other benefits that Peeptown may make available from time to time. Verification requirements may vary depending on the type of business, industry, geographic location, applicable legal obligations, risk factors, or other circumstances determined by Peeptown.

This Policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, any obligations contained in the Platform's Terms of Service, Business Listing Policy, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable agreements or policies. Where multiple policies apply, users are expected to comply with all applicable requirements.

Peeptown may modify, supplement, suspend, or discontinue its verification procedures, eligibility requirements, verification methods, or verification programs at any time, with or without prior notice, to address legal, operational, security, fraud prevention, or business considerations.

Nothing in this Policy obligates Peeptown to verify any business, approve any verification request, maintain a verified status, or continue offering any particular verification program, feature, or benefit. All verification decisions are made at Peeptown's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
