Business Verification Policy

Peeptown reserves the right to suspend, revoke, remove, or otherwise restrict Verified Business status at any time where it reasonably determines that continued verification is no longer appropriate or that the requirements of this Policy are no longer satisfied. Suspension or revocation of verification may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law and where Peeptown reasonably believes such action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, businesses, or the integrity of the verification process.

12.1 False or Misleading Information

Verification may be suspended or revoked if an applicant or verified business provides false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, deceptive, or materially outdated information during the verification process or at any time thereafter.

12.2 Unauthorized Access or Loss of Authority

Peeptown may suspend or revoke verification where it reasonably believes that the verified account holder no longer has authority to manage the business profile, where administrative access has been obtained without proper authorization, or where ownership or management rights are disputed.

12.3 Policy Violations

Verified Business status may be suspended or revoked if the verified business or its authorized representatives violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Business Listing Policy, or any other applicable Platform policy, or engage in conduct that threatens the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Platform.

12.4 Business Closure or Material Changes

Verification may be removed where a business permanently ceases operations, is dissolved, enters liquidation or insolvency proceedings, undergoes a material ownership or legal structure change requiring reverification, or where the verified profile no longer accurately represents the business.

12.5 Failure to Cooperate

Peeptown may suspend or revoke verification where a verified business fails to respond to reasonable requests for additional information, refuses to complete reverification, fails to provide requested documentation, or otherwise does not cooperate with verification or compliance reviews within a reasonable period.

12.6 Fraud, Abuse, or Security Risks

Verification may be immediately suspended or revoked where Peeptown reasonably suspects fraud, identity theft, document forgery, impersonation, account compromise, manipulation of the verification process, unauthorized access, criminal activity, or any other conduct that presents a material legal, operational, or security risk to the Platform or its users.

Suspension or revocation of Verified Business status does not affect Peeptown's right to take additional action, including restricting account access, removing profile content, suspending or terminating accounts, reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities, or pursuing any other remedies available under applicable law or the Platform's policies.

A business whose verification has been suspended or revoked may submit a new verification request or appeal the decision where permitted under this Policy. Peeptown reserves the right to require additional documentation or enhanced verification before restoring Verified Business status.
