Business Listing Policy

This Business Listing Policy forms part of the legal framework governing the use of the Peeptown Platform and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Business Verification Policy, Copyright Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies, guidelines, notices, or supplemental terms published by Peeptown from time to time.

Each of these documents addresses different aspects of the Platform and is intended to operate collectively. This Policy specifically governs the creation, publication, claiming, management, moderation, and administration of Business Listings. Other policies may establish additional requirements relating to account registration, user conduct, privacy, intellectual property, verification procedures, prohibited content, payments, advertising, dispute resolution, or other Platform services.

Compliance with this Business Listing Policy does not relieve any User, Business Owner, or Authorized Representative from complying with any other applicable Platform policy or agreement. Likewise, compliance with another Platform policy does not exempt any person from the requirements set forth in this Business Listing Policy.

Where a Business uses additional Platform features or services, including paid subscriptions, verification programs, advertising services, booking services, payment services, API integrations, promotional features, or other products offered by Peeptown, such services may be governed by separate agreements, service-specific terms, or supplemental policies. Those additional terms shall apply alongside this Policy and shall govern the relevant service to the extent applicable.

In the event of an inconsistency between this Policy and another Platform policy, the document that specifically governs the relevant subject matter shall prevail with respect to that subject matter, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Peeptown. Nothing in this Section limits the application of mandatory legal obligations that cannot be modified by contract.

Peeptown reserves the right to introduce new policies, amend existing policies, or publish supplemental requirements as the Platform, applicable laws, regulatory obligations, technologies, or business services evolve. Continued access to or use of the Platform after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated legal framework to the extent permitted by applicable law.
