Business Listing Policy

Peeptown may amend, modify, update, replace, or discontinue this Business Listing Policy, in whole or in part, from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, judicial decisions, industry standards, business practices, technological developments, Platform functionality, security requirements, or the services offered through the Platform.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Peeptown reserves the right to determine the effective date of any revision to this Policy. The most current version will be published on the Platform and will supersede all previous versions from its stated effective date.

Where required by applicable law or where Peeptown considers it appropriate, reasonable notice of material changes may be provided through the Platform, by email, through account notifications, or by any other communication method that Peeptown reasonably determines to be appropriate. The method, timing, and form of such notice may vary depending on the nature of the changes and the legal requirements applicable to the affected users.

Users, Business Owners, and Authorized Representatives are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to remain informed of its current terms. Continued access to or use of the Platform, the submission or management of Business Listings, or the continued use of any related Platform services after this Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any amendment to this Policy is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, modified, or waived under applicable law.
