Business Listing Policy

Business Information published on the Platform is provided by Users during the creation, claiming, verification, or ongoing management of a Business Listing. Such information may be submitted by Business Owners, Authorized Representatives, or other Users who are permitted to contribute Business Information in accordance with this Policy and the Platform's Terms of Service.

The submitting User is solely responsible for ensuring that all Business Information provided to the Platform is truthful, accurate, complete, current, and submitted in good faith. Users should take reasonable care to verify the accuracy of the information before submission and should avoid publishing information that is false, misleading, deceptive, outdated, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

Business Information may include, where applicable, the Business name, description, categories, products, services, pricing, operating hours, addresses, service areas, contact information, websites, social media profiles, images, logos, videos, booking information, certifications, licenses, and any other information made available through the Business Listing. The exact information displayed may vary depending on the Business category, available Platform features, subscription level, verification status, and other applicable requirements.

Users must ensure that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to submit any information or content associated with a Business Listing. Submission of trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, written content, marketing materials, or other protected content without appropriate authorization is prohibited and may result in the removal of such content, suspension of the associated account, or other enforcement action.

Business Information submitted to the Platform should accurately represent the Business as it exists at the time of submission. Users must not intentionally submit inaccurate contact details, fictitious business locations, misleading descriptions, fabricated credentials, false licensing claims, manipulated pricing, misleading service offerings, or any other information that could reasonably mislead consumers or interfere with the integrity of the Platform.

Peeptown may implement reasonable technical, administrative, or verification measures intended to improve the quality and reliability of Business Information submitted to the Platform. Such measures may include automated validation processes, manual review, requests for supporting documentation, ownership verification procedures, or other quality assurance mechanisms. These measures are implemented to support the integrity of the Platform and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every item of Business Information is complete, accurate, or continuously up to date.

Business Information may be updated from time to time by authorized account holders following the successful claiming or management of a Business Listing, or by other Users where the Platform expressly permits such contributions. Any updates remain subject to the Platform's moderation procedures, verification requirements, and applicable policies.

By submitting Business Information to the Platform, the submitting User acknowledges and agrees that the information may be stored, processed, indexed, displayed, formatted, categorized, translated where appropriate, and otherwise used by Peeptown for the operation, improvement, security, promotion, and administration of the Platform in accordance with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable legal documents. Submission of Business Information does not obligate Peeptown to publish or continue displaying such information and does not create any ownership rights in relation to the Platform or its underlying services.
