Business Listing Policy

Peeptown may permit Users to contribute, suggest, or submit information relating to a Business Listing through features made available on the Platform from time to time. Such contributions may include proposed edits, photographs, operating hours, contact information, business categories, products, services, business descriptions, attributes, reviews, ratings, responses, reports of inaccurate information, or other content associated with a Business Listing.

All User-Contributed Business Information must be submitted honestly, responsibly, and in good faith. Users must take reasonable steps to ensure that any information they provide is accurate, relevant, and based on information they reasonably believe to be correct at the time of submission. Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, malicious, or fabricated information, nor may they intentionally omit material facts in a manner that creates a misleading impression about a Business.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of any Business Information they submit. Submission of information to the Platform constitutes a representation by the contributing User that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to provide such information and that its publication does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

Where the Platform permits Users to suggest corrections or updates to existing Business Listings, such submissions shall be treated as recommendations for review and shall not automatically modify the published information. Peeptown may review submitted information, request additional clarification or supporting evidence where appropriate, accept or reject proposed changes, or take no action where the available information is insufficient or conflicts with other credible information available to the Platform.

Business Owners and Authorized Representatives acknowledge that certain Platform features may permit Users to contribute content relating to a Business Listing, including reviews, ratings, photographs, or suggested updates, where such functionality is available. The existence of these features does not grant Business Owners the right to remove or suppress lawful User contributions solely because they disagree with the content or because the contribution is unfavorable, provided the content complies with the Platform's policies and applicable law.

Peeptown reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, moderate, restrict, edit formatting, decline publication, remove, or otherwise take action with respect to User-Contributed Business Information where it reasonably determines that the content violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other Platform policies, or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity, security, reliability, or lawful operation of the Platform.

The publication of User-Contributed Business Information does not constitute verification, endorsement, approval, certification, or adoption of that information by Peeptown. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information contributed by Users represents the views or submissions of the respective contributors and remains their sole responsibility.

By submitting User-Contributed Business Information, Users acknowledge and agree that Peeptown may store, process, reproduce, format, display, index, categorize, translate where appropriate, moderate, and otherwise use such information as reasonably necessary for the operation, improvement, security, administration, and promotion of the Platform, subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
