Business Listing Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peeptown, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, data, anticipated savings, contracts, or other economic or intangible losses arising out of or relating to any Business Listing, Business Information, or the use of, or reliance upon, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Peeptown shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, typographical errors, unauthorized modifications, fraudulent submissions, misrepresentations, misleading statements, or other deficiencies contained within any Business Listing or Business Information submitted by Business Owners, Authorized Representatives, or other Users.

Peeptown shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, products, services, representations, warranties, contractual obligations, professional advice, pricing, advertising, business practices, regulatory compliance, licensing status, customer service, financial transactions, or any other conduct of any Business appearing on the Platform. Any transaction, communication, agreement, dispute, or other interaction between a User and a Business is solely between those parties, and Peeptown is not a party to such relationship unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Peeptown shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the creation, submission, publication, moderation, categorization, verification, claiming, suspension, restriction, transfer of administrative control, removal, or continued availability of any Business Listing, provided that such actions are undertaken in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or Peeptown's legitimate operational and editorial functions.

Peeptown does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or that Business Listings will remain continuously available, searchable, visible, or accessible. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, software defects, third-party service disruptions, or other operational circumstances may affect the availability or functionality of Business Listings, and Peeptown shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users and Businesses acknowledge that they are solely responsible for independently evaluating the accuracy and suitability of Business Information before relying upon it or entering into any commercial or legal relationship with another party. Any reliance placed upon Business Information available through the Platform is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk.

Where a claim arises from content submitted by a User, Business Owner, or Authorized Representative, the person who submitted or controlled such content shall remain solely responsible for that content and for any legal consequences arising from its publication. Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as transferring that responsibility to Peeptown solely because the content appears on the Platform.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable law restricts the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, this Section shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by such law.
