Business Listing Policy

Peeptown retains the exclusive right to operate, administer, organize, and manage the Platform and all Business Listings published through it. While the Platform enables Users to submit and manage Business Information, all decisions relating to the operation, presentation, organization, moderation, and administration of the Platform remain within Peeptown's reasonable editorial and operational discretion, subject to applicable law.

Peeptown may review, moderate, organize, classify, categorize, format, index, translate, or otherwise process Business Listings and Business Information for the purpose of improving usability, search functionality, platform consistency, security, accessibility, technical performance, legal compliance, and the overall user experience. Such actions do not alter the ownership of submitted content where ownership is otherwise retained by the submitting User under the applicable Terms of Service.

Peeptown reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review any Business Listing or related content before or after publication. Where Peeptown reasonably determines that a Business Listing or any associated content violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or any other Platform policy, or otherwise poses a risk to users or the integrity of the Platform, Peeptown may take such action as it reasonably considers appropriate.

Without limiting the foregoing, Peeptown may refuse publication, request clarification or supporting documentation, require corrections, edit formatting or presentation, reclassify categories, modify metadata, merge duplicate Business Listings, separate incorrectly combined listings, restrict certain Platform features, reduce visibility, suspend administrative access, temporarily disable a Business Listing, remove specific content, permanently remove a Business Listing, or take any other reasonable administrative or technical action necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

Editorial decisions made by Peeptown may be based on a variety of factors, including compliance with Platform policies, the quality and completeness of submitted information, verification status, technical requirements, legal obligations, user safety considerations, fraud prevention measures, intellectual property concerns, duplicate content, ownership disputes, spam detection, platform abuse, or other legitimate operational considerations. Peeptown is under no obligation to publicly disclose the internal criteria, methodologies, algorithms, or operational processes used in making such decisions.

The exercise of editorial discretion by Peeptown shall not be interpreted as an endorsement, certification, verification, guarantee, or acceptance of the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, or reliability of any Business, product, service, or Business Information published on the Platform. Likewise, the absence of enforcement action with respect to a particular Business Listing shall not be interpreted as confirmation that such listing complies with this Policy or applicable law.

Peeptown may implement automated systems, manual review processes, or a combination of both to assist in the administration and moderation of Business Listings. Automated systems may be used to identify duplicate listings, detect suspicious activity, identify potential policy violations, improve search quality, organize Business Information, or support other operational functions. Final decisions may, where appropriate, include human review, although Peeptown is not obligated to manually review every Business Listing or every reported issue.

Except where prohibited by applicable law or expressly provided otherwise in a separate written agreement, nothing in this Policy shall require Peeptown to publish, continue publishing, restore, prioritize, promote, verify, or maintain any particular Business Listing or Business Information. The operation of the Platform, including the publication and administration of Business Listings, remains subject to Peeptown's continuing editorial judgment, technical requirements, legal obligations, and business operations.
