Business Listing Policy

For the purposes of this Business Listing Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Unless the context otherwise requires, words used in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

"Business" means any individual, sole proprietor, partnership, limited liability partnership, corporation, company, organization, institution, association, charity, non-profit entity, government body, professional practice, franchise, branch office, or other legal or commercial entity that offers, promotes, sells, provides, or facilitates products, services, professional expertise, or commercial activities.

"Business Listing" means any business profile, business page, location page, organization profile, professional profile, storefront, branch profile, or any other listing published or displayed on the Platform that identifies or represents a Business and contains Business Information.

"Business Information" means any information associated with a Business Listing, including but not limited to the business name, logo, description, categories, address, service areas, contact information, websites, operating hours, products, services, pricing, photographs, videos, social media links, booking information, attributes, certifications, reviews, ratings, responses, verification status, and any other content relating to a Business.

"Business Owner" means the individual or legal entity that owns, controls, manages, or is legally authorized to operate a Business.

"Authorized Representative" means a person who has been lawfully authorized by a Business Owner to create, manage, claim, edit, verify, or otherwise administer a Business Listing on behalf of the Business.

"Claim" or "Claiming a Business Listing" means the process through which a Business Owner or Authorized Representative requests administrative control over an existing Business Listing and successfully completes Peeptown's verification requirements.

"Claimed Business Listing" means a Business Listing for which administrative control has been successfully verified and granted to a Business Owner or an Authorized Representative by Peeptown.

"Unclaimed Business Listing" means a Business Listing that is publicly available on the Platform but has not yet been successfully claimed and verified by a Business Owner or an Authorized Representative through Peeptown's verification process.

"Contributor" means any registered user who submits, creates, edits, updates, suggests, reports, or otherwise contributes Business Information or other content relating to a Business Listing.

"Content" means all information, text, images, graphics, logos, videos, documents, reviews, ratings, comments, responses, hyperlinks, metadata, files, or any other material submitted to, published on, or made available through the Platform.

"Verification" means the process established by Peeptown to confirm, to its reasonable satisfaction, that an individual or entity is authorized to represent a Business before administrative access or verification status is granted.

"Platform" means the Peeptown website, mobile applications, APIs, business management tools, software, domains, subdomains, and all related products, services, technologies, and features operated by or on behalf of Peeptown.

"User" means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, registers with, contributes to, or otherwise uses the Platform, whether or not they maintain a registered account.

"Peeptown," "we," "our," or "us" means the legal entity that owns and operates the Peeptown Platform and its associated services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references in this Policy to creating, submitting, updating, editing, or managing a Business Listing refer to actions performed by Users, Business Owners, or Authorized Representatives through the Platform and shall not be interpreted as meaning that Peeptown is the original creator or owner of any Business Listing.
