Legal Requests & Complaints Policy
Information Required for a Request
To help Peeptown review and process legal requests efficiently, complainants should provide complete, accurate, and relevant information regarding the issue being reported.
Depending on the nature of the request, Peeptown may require some or all of the following information:
7.1 Requester Information
The requester may be required to provide:
- full legal name or organization name;
- contact information, including a valid email address;
- relationship to the reported business profile, content, or matter;
- proof of authorization where the requester is acting on behalf of another person or organization; and
- any additional information required to verify the identity or authority of the requester.
7.2 Details of the Reported Matter
The request should include sufficient details to allow Peeptown to identify and review the issue, including:
- the specific business profile, account, content, or activity being reported;
- relevant URLs, profile identifiers, screenshots, or other references;
- a clear description of the concern or alleged violation;
- the date or timeframe when the issue occurred or was identified; and
- the specific legal rights, laws, regulations, or Peeptown policies believed to be affected.
7.3 Supporting Evidence
Where applicable, complainants should provide supporting evidence that may assist Peeptown's review, including:
- ownership documents;
- business registration records;
- trademark or copyright documentation;
- government-issued records;
- court documents or legal notices;
- communications demonstrating authorization or lack of authorization;
- screenshots, recordings, or other relevant materials; and
- any other information supporting the complaint.
7.4 Accuracy of Submitted Information
All information provided in a legal request must be truthful, accurate, and submitted in good faith. Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of the request and may lead to restrictions on future submissions.
Peeptown may request additional information or clarification before making a determination. Failure to provide requested information may delay review or result in closure of the request.
Providing information through the complaint process does not create an obligation for Peeptown to disclose confidential information, take a specific action, or resolve disputes between third parties.
