Changes to this Policy

Peeptown reserves the right to modify, amend, update, replace, or discontinue this Business Verification Policy, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, industry standards, business practices, technology, security measures, fraud prevention procedures, or the services offered through the Platform.
Any revised version of this Policy will become effective upon publication on the Platform or as otherwise specified by Peeptown. Where required by applicable law, Peeptown may provide additional notice of material changes through the Platform, by email, or through other appropriate communication channels.
The "Last Updated" date displayed with this Policy indicates when the most recent revisions became effective. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing this Policy to remain informed of any changes.
Continued use of the Platform, submission of a verification request, maintenance of Verified Business status, or continued management of a business profile after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
