Business Listing Policy

The inclusion, publication, display, or continued availability of a Business Listing on the Platform does not constitute, and shall not be interpreted as, an endorsement, recommendation, certification, accreditation, approval, sponsorship, guarantee, or representation by Peeptown regarding any Business, its owners, representatives, products, services, qualifications, pricing, licensing, reputation, financial condition, or business practices.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the existence of a Business Listing does not establish any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment relationship, distributorship, reseller arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or other commercial or legal relationship between Peeptown and the listed Business. Businesses appearing on the Platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their own operations, conduct, products, services, customer interactions, legal compliance, and commercial activities.

The fact that a Business Listing has been claimed, verified, subscribed to a paid service, or otherwise utilizes features made available through the Platform shall not, by itself, be interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement by Peeptown. Verification or access to enhanced Platform features indicates only that the applicable verification requirements or service conditions have been satisfied at the time of approval. It does not constitute a guarantee regarding the quality, reliability, legality, safety, professional competence, financial stability, or future performance of the Business.

Any ratings, reviews, customer feedback, business descriptions, images, promotional materials, certifications, awards, or other Business Information displayed on the Platform are provided by the respective contributors, Business Owners, Authorized Representatives, or other Users, unless expressly identified as originating from Peeptown. The publication of such information does not mean that Peeptown has independently investigated, verified, adopted, or approved the content or the underlying Business.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating any Business before purchasing products, engaging services, entering into contracts, making payments, sharing personal information, or otherwise interacting with a listed Business. Peeptown encourages users to exercise independent judgment, conduct appropriate due diligence, and seek professional advice where appropriate before making commercial, financial, legal, medical, or other significant decisions based on information available through the Platform.

Nothing contained within a Business Listing, including its appearance in search results, category pages, location pages, featured placements, advertising placements, promotional campaigns, recommendations generated by Platform features, or any other method of display, shall be construed as an express or implied representation by Peeptown regarding the suitability, trustworthiness, quality, legality, or reliability of any Business unless Peeptown expressly states otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peeptown disclaims any inference that may arise from the publication, ranking, categorization, promotion, verification, or continued availability of a Business Listing beyond the services expressly provided through the Platform. Businesses remain solely responsible for their own representations, commercial activities, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and users remain responsible for their own decisions when engaging with any Business listed on the Platform.
