Business Verification Policy

This Business Verification Policy ("Policy") explains the requirements, procedures, standards, and limitations applicable to the verification of business profiles on the Peeptown platform ("Platform"). It forms part of the Platform's legal framework and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Business Listing Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Peeptown.

Business verification is intended to establish a reasonable level of confidence that the individual or entity requesting control of a business profile is authorized to manage that profile on behalf of the relevant business. Verification helps improve the integrity of business information available on the Platform and assists users in identifying profiles that have been successfully verified through Peeptown's verification process.

Verification is conducted using information and evidence available at the time of review. Verification does not constitute certification, accreditation, endorsement, licensing, approval, recommendation, or a guarantee of any business, its owners, representatives, products, services, qualifications, financial condition, legal compliance, operational status, reputation, or future conduct.

Peeptown reserves the right to determine the verification requirements applicable to each request, to request additional information where appropriate, to approve or reject verification applications in its sole discretion, and to suspend, revoke, or refuse verification where it reasonably believes that verification requirements have not been satisfied or that continued verification is no longer appropriate under this Policy.

By submitting a request to verify or claim a business profile, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy and all other applicable terms governing the use of the Platform.
